By accessing or using RewardbackHub.com ("Site," "we," "our," "us"), you agree to be bound by all terms below as well as any policies referenced here (collectively, "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
RewardbackHub is a comparison tool that displays cash-back, points, and miles rates published by third-party reward portals, banks, airlines, and merchants. We do not pay rewards ourselves and have no control over the portals' or merchants' fulfillment of offers.
The Site is intended for individuals age 16 or older. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement and are legally able to enter a binding contract.
Some features (e-mail rate alerts, saved preferences) require a free account authenticated via Google, Apple, or another OAuth provider. You are responsible for:

RewardbackHub is free to users. We may earn a referral commission when you click outbound links or make purchases through certain portals. These relationships do not influence the ranking or display of rates.
All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, and compiled rate data—is owned by RewardbackHub or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view and use the Site for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.
We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee completeness, timeliness, or correctness of any information. Rates can change without notice and may differ once you reach a third-party site. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Links on RewardbackHub lead to external websites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, offers, or privacy practices of those sites. Access them at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RewardbackHub, its owners, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including lost profits or data) arising from or related to your use of—or inability to use—the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed US $50.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RewardbackHub and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.
We may modify the Site, discontinue any feature, or update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will post a new effective date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, unless we both agree to another method (e.g., arbitration).
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RewardbackHub regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
